Privacy Policy

Climax (also referred to as Climax Cybra) is a voice-first personal assistant operated at https://climaxcybra.cloud. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how Google user data is handled, and how you can control or delete it.

1. Who we are

Climax helps users schedule meetings, manage reminders, review and send Gmail, draft messages, and complete everyday productivity tasks by voice or chat. Contact: climaxcybra2025@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information such as name, email address, and authentication session data.
OAuth tokens and connection status for services you explicitly connect (for example Google Calendar and Gmail).
Messages, voice transcripts, uploaded files, and assistant requests needed to complete a task.
Product preferences such as assistant name, voice settings, language, and timestamps.
Basic technical logs used for security, rate limiting, and reliability.

3. Google user data — access, use, storage, and sharing

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google services, Climax may access Google user data only with your authorization and only for the features you request.

Access

openid / email / profile: to identify your account securely.
Google Calendar: to create, update, list, and cancel meetings or reminders you request.
Gmail readonly: to review or summarize inbox content when you ask.
Gmail send: to send email when you ask Climax to send it.

Use

To provide user-facing Climax features you initiate in the app.
To show confirmation, chat history, and status for those actions.
To keep your connected account working until you disconnect or revoke access.

Storage

OAuth tokens are stored on Climax servers so connected features can run when you ask.
Request text, transcripts, and assistant replies may be retained to complete tasks and display history.
We use HTTPS and server-side OAuth handling to protect data in transit and at rest to the extent practicable.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for advertising.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate Climax features you request (for example AI model providers that generate a reply from your prompt), under contractual and Limited Use restrictions, or if required by law.

Climax's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See also our Google API Disclosure.

4. Limited Use commitment

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Climax. It is not used for serving ads, not sold, and not used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.

5. How we use non-Google data

To authenticate users and keep them signed in.
To connect third-party services at the user's request.
To complete assistant actions such as scheduling, messaging, and summarizing user-provided content.
To improve reliability, security, abuse prevention, and error handling.

6. Your choices

Disconnect Google or other integrations inside Climax.
Revoke Climax access from your Google Account permissions page.
Request account or data deletion by emailing climaxcybra2025@gmail.com.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and connection data while you keep an account or connected service. When you disconnect a service, we stop using that provider access for new actions and remove or invalidate stored tokens as part of normal disconnect handling. Deletion requests are handled as promptly as practical.

8. Children

Climax is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Material changes related to Google user data will be reflected on this page and on our Google API Disclosure.
