Google API Services User Data Disclosure

Climax's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What Google data Climax accesses
- Sign-in: OpenID, email, and basic profile to create or recognize your Climax account.
- Google Calendar: event and reminder data needed to create, update, list, or cancel meetings you request.
- Gmail (readonly): message metadata and content needed when you ask Climax to review, summarize, or prepare a reply.
- Gmail (send): permission to send email only when you ask Climax to send it.
How Climax uses that data
- Only to provide or improve user-facing features you request inside Climax.
- Not for serving advertisements.
- Not for selling personal data to data brokers or other third parties.
- Not for determining credit-worthiness or lending decisions.
- Not transferred to other apps except as necessary to operate Climax infrastructure that processes your request (for example model providers used to generate an assistant reply), under the same Limited Use restrictions.
Storage and retention
OAuth tokens are stored securely on Climax servers so connected features can run when you ask. Request text, transcripts, and resulting assistant responses may be retained temporarily to complete the task, show chat history, and support reliability. You can disconnect Google in Climax or revoke access in your Google Account. Account deletion requests can be sent to climaxcybra2025@gmail.com.
